Overunity Magnifying Amplifier w/Single Center Tapped Transformer
Hi Norm
I found a ceramic ring magnet here. It is one of those
blue ones, one often sees at surplus electronic places. Anyway I have been thinking
about trying to make a magnet amplifier. Why not a toroid, using this magnet as an
armature? Is that a way to do it?
Cheers Warren
"Yes"! Get the
proper "Piezo".
Norman
Hi Warren
For a magnetic amplifier
use magnetic soft material instead of magnetic hard. Magnetic hard material is what is
used for permanent magnetism and magnetic soft is used as transformer cores as
magnetic conductor. The magnetic hard or permanent magnet material is saturated and
has permeability like that of air. For a magnetic amplifier the
permeability has to be
modulated. This can be done by having a winding for saturating the coil. By using two
transformers one will saturate in the positive direction while the other saturates in
the negative direction.

"PLEASE"! go to
"Electrical Engineering Handbook", Terman, USC and read Chapter 3, Series and
Parallel Resonance Circuits. Without this knowledge of the "Lossless region" of the
resonant curve, you will be "literally" Pissing up a wet rope. You will simply be
waiting your time and material trying to replicate the
MRA. The combination of two "non linear"
elements in the resonant circuit gives you the "OU"output. The magnetic flux
annihilation at peak resonance yields the energy output.
Norman
Ole, Warren, The MRA uses "hard Barrium Ferrite ( BaFeSi) permanent magnets and Large
"Lead Zirconate" piezo We used the HP 200CD vacuum tube Audio Freq Signal Generator
rated at "one watt" output with 600 Ohm output matching transformer.

Thank you. You are making sense. I think I understand. Now
what is Norm speaking about regarding the peizo, and how is it related, or is it? My
interest is taking the signal I am finding, then increasing it free of lenz's law,
some more, if that is not too greedy.
Cheers Warren
Hi Warren
To make the
magnetic resonance amplifier (MRA) a
piezo transducer is needed to replicate the experiment. Besides that a variable
frequency sine wave generator is also needed.

Hi
Simon,
In a Magnetic Amplifier the
Alternating Current source is controlled by the control winding that use
Direct Current. Can you
rectify the Alternating Current so you can use it as a Direct Current in the
control winding? Is that the way
Don Smith devices work? He used to step up voltage and frequency and then step
down the voltage and increase the current. But how he made to amplify the electric
power is still unknown.
Best Wishes, Hermes
