Relax. You already have everything that you need. Your nature is already whole. Your nature is already pure.

There is nothing to obtain. You just have to give up and let go what is covering it.

~ Chamtrul Rinpoche

I have been saved to spiritual life and resurrected from spiritual death. According to Buddhists, there is nothing so certain as having to face change. Life on planet Earth is constantly changing and therefore Buddhists advocate always letting go and accepting change.

What is eternal, however, is every person's Buddha nature. And by letting go of all misunderstandings about our Buddha nature, our true identity emerges, just as we wipe a diamond clean of dirt or have a cloudless mind that does not darken our soul but through which the sun shines.

George Adamski was told by his space friends that: Man is a divine spirit who currently lives in a body. His life's task is to know his true self, which is equal to the 'feeling body'. "You must try to make the people on earth understand that self-knowledge is the first step in their development. And the first questions are: Who am I? Along what paths can I develop in order to return to the unity I once left? Point out to them that man has nothing to add. He only needs to express what he already is. But he must learn to understand what he is and give expression to this in his life. For it is life, the application, that is important."

And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you. (Exodus 3:14)

Lao Tsu, the great Chinese theosophist and author of the Tao Te Ching, said over twenty-five houndred years ago, "The only way to do is to be." Therefore, I believe that the only way to create love is to consciously be love."

It is love that allows one to feel whole or be healed, and of course this applies to other beings as well. The Apostle John wrote almost 2000 years ago that:

Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. (1 John 4:7-8)

And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him. (1 John 4:16)

He that loveth his brother abideth in the light, and there is none occasion of stumbling in him. (1 John 2:10)

It is obvious that one can express God, simply by being love. - I AM love.

"That there is an all-wise, intelligent Spirit, that this intelligence is Divine and infinite and permeates all things, cannot be contradicted. Because this intelligence does permeate all things it is infinite and is the source of all. It is Divine, and its Divinity brought into thinkable or visible form, the fact or truth of all things.

You can name this all-wise, intelligent Spirit God or Good, or what you will, as man must have a name for everything. Once he has named a thing, he has the power to bring it into existence. If man names anything through true reverence, worship and praise, he can and does become which he names.

Thus you can see that man by choice can become God or animal. He becomes the ideal which he presents for himself to follow. With this line of thinking, it is simple to see that man is the only-begotten Son of God, or the only-begotten son of the animal. Thus, by choice, man can become evil or devil if his eye behold evil; or he becomes God; if his eyes beholds God....

I have my own version of Buddha nature and that is that I have a Buddha nature that is love and that I try to express. I have discovered that love makes you blind to the faults and shortcomings of other beings and deep love makes you begin to see perfection in other beings.

I have also come to the conclusion that in order for my Buddha nature to become visible, I must let go of my illness that I have had since 1996, with the first diagnosis in 2001: Smell hallucinations, Breathing problems, Hearing voices in my head and Talking with different personalities. In the future, I wish to be healed by an extraterrestrial girl.

But I am not living in the present if I am thinking about what has been or what is to come. Chamtrul Rinpoche has a point and that is that Buddha nature already lives within us. It is only our perception of what our true nature is that needs to change. The Christ-conscious Paul wrote:

And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. (Romans 12:2)

It is by being loving and willing to help others who have problems, that one is one with I AM. There must be a need to be filled, otherwise one cannot serve others.

The light of the body is the eye: therefore when thine eye is single, thy whole body also is full of light; but when thine eye is evil, thy body also is full of darkness. Take heed therefore that the light which is in thee be not darkness. If thy whole body therefore be full of light, having no part dark, the whole shall be full of light, as when the bright shining of a candle doth give thee light. (Luke 11:34-36)

This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. (1 John 1:5)

It is by accepting God's ideas and thoughts about oneself that one accepts change and is one with God. Buddha nature - I AM is Love, Life and Light. What one longs for makes change possible.

And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you. (Luke 17:20-21)

But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. (Matthew 4:4)

My hope is that when I express God, through ideas, thoughts, words and actions. That is how my body is affected towards health, since one of God's attributes is healing. If you see yourself as healthy, the placebo effect occurs.
