I have discovered youthhood therapy. It's all about taking time every
morning before getting up and every night before going to sleep. Think back to that
time in youth when you were healthy and just had bright thoughts. Think back at that
time and relive when you felt good and just had bright thoughts. When you relive the
good time, accept that the good thoughts and the good feeling are your real ones today
and see yourself as a light. Then live from the good memories of the day.
No man, when he hath lighted a candle, putteth it in a secret place, neither under
a bushel, but on a candlestick, that they which come in may see the light. The light
of the body is the eye: therefore when thine eye is single, thy whole body also is
full of light; but when thine eye is evil, thy body also is full of darkness. Take
heed therefore that the light which is in thee be not darkness. If thy whole body
therefore be full of light, having no part dark, the whole shall be full of light, as
when the bright shining of a candle doth give thee light. (Luke 11:33-36)
You can name this all-wise, intelligent Spirit God or Good, or what you will, as
man must have a name for everything. Once he has named a thing, he has the power to
bring it into existence. If man names anything through true reverence, worship and
praise, he can and does become which he names. Thus you can see that man by choice can
become God or animal. He becomes the ideal which he presents for himself to follow.
With this line of thinking, it is simple to see that man is the only-begotten Son of
God, or the only-begotten son of the animal. Thus, by choice, man can become evil or
devil if his eye behold evil; or he becomes God; if his eyes beholds God....
