To feel bad is a good start, the author and the doctor
Bengt Stern wrote. When you
feel bad you acknowledge to yourself that something is wrong and your task is to try
to understand yourself and the reason why you feel bad. Because:
You must know what it is to be able to do something about it the author and pastor
Tommy Lilja wrote. One way to
try to understand why you feel bad is to go to a
conversational therapy
with a psychotherapist.
2000 years ago, in
Galilee and
Judea, a
Jewish preacher and minister
walked by the name of Jesus Christ.
He taught the kingdom of God on earth and how it would be revealed to the believer.
Most famous is his teaching where the kingdom of God is:
And when he was
demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and
said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo
here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you and all around you.
(Luke 17:20-21)
It was an invisible kingdom and
George Adamski learned from his
space contacts that the true man I was was identical to the 'emotional body'
and that human life's task is to express the 'emotional body', through love,
joy, faith, ideas, thoughts, words and actions.
Jesus said: And ye shall
know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. (John 8:32)
and that
applies all the truth. The truth frees people from erroneous perceptions, illusions
and superstition.
Jesus said: A new commandment I give unto you, That ye
love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. By this shall
all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.
(John 13:34-35)
Love is one feeling and it is expressed through loving ideas,
thoughts, words and actions.
Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am
the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall
have the light of life. (John 8:12)
If we becomes Jesus disciples by living
in the same way that Jesus did 2000 years ago, then we have the light of life in our
mind.
Jesus said: The light of the body is the eye: therefore when thine eye
is single, thy whole body also is full of light; but when thine eye is evil, thy body
also is full of darkness. Take heed therefore that the light which is in thee be not
darkness. If thy whole body therefore be full of light, having no part dark, the whole
shall be full of light, as when the bright shining of a candle doth give thee light.
(Luke 11:34-36).
We feel good because we look brightly at life and are
loving, joyful, have faith and do good deeds.
Sebastian Stakset has
written the autobiography
Only the light can defeat the darkness about his journey from crime and abuse to a
Jesus disciple.
Peter Ahlman has written the autobiography
Who can mend a broken soul? about his journey from crime and abuse to a Jesus
disciple. Both books I recommend to anyone who has difficulty in life.
How can we distinguish between the kingdom of God and the opposite of Satan's
kingdom?
We are in the kingdom of God when we are loving according to John:
Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one
that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for
God is love. (1 John 4:7-8)
And we have known and believed the love that
God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in
him. (1 John 4:16)
The kingdom of God is also joy:
In that
hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit, and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and
earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed
them unto babes: even so, Father; for so it seemed good in thy sight. (Luke 10:21)
But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Suffer little children to come
unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. Verily I say unto
you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no wise
enter therein. (Luke 18:16-17)
Children who have not yet learned to hurt
runs a lot and want to play.
The kingdom of God is also faith:
When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed,
Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel.
(Matthew 8:10)
Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy
faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that
very hour.(Matthew 15:28)
Then touched he their eyes, saying, According
to your faith be it unto you. (Matthew 9:29)
Jesus said And all things,
whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive. (Matthew 21:22)
And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand:
repent ye, and believe the gospel. (Mark 1:15)
Jesus said unto him, If
thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth. (Mark 9:23)
Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray,
believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them. (Mark 11:24)
And
these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils....
they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. (Mark 16:17-18)
I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide
in darkness. (John 12:46)
Believest thou not that I am in the Father,
and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the
Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. (John 14:10)
It is by
acting according to our belief that we can change other beings life. Therefore it is
important to believe in the truth of the Father, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, ourselves, and
others.
The Kingdom of God is also Good Deeds:
Let your light
so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which
is in heaven. (Matthew 5:16)
That they do good, that they be rich in
good works, ready to distribute, willing to communicate; (1 Timothy 6:18)
For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.
(James 2:26)
There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the
Jews: The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou
art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except
God be with him. Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto
thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicodemus
saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time
into his mother's womb, and be born? Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto
thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the
kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of
the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. The
wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell
whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.
(John 3:1-8)
But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers
shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to
worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and
in truth. (John 4:23-24)
And again he said, Whereunto shall I liken the
kingdom of God? It is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three measures of
meal, till the whole was leavened. (Luke 13:20-21)
We are born again when
we associate with the Spirit of God in spiritual truth and receive the words of
knowledge about other beings. Our mind and body are transformed just as when the woman
mixes flour into the leaven.
To feel good we need to sleep long enough so that
we wake up rested. We need to spend time with
people, so that we will have an outlet for our
love, joy, faith and good deeds. It is good to get a hobby, so that you can be
creative and get an outlet for your desire to create. We need to rest from the
Internet and the mobile phone and
read from a book daily to dispel the thoughts from the Internet and the mobile
phone.
