"George Hunt Williamson and his group has abandoned
radio telegraphy

as a means of contacting the space-visitors in favor of
infra-red and
ultra-violet light
beams." For sending infra-red light use an
infra-red lamp connected to a
power amplifier
and a microphone
and to receive infra-red waves, use
infrared phototransistors
and infrared photodiodes in the
wavelengths between 500nm to 3000nm. Connected to a
low power amplifier
and headphones.
Infrared and ultraviolet radiation are dangerous to the eyes, so wear
safety goggles.
