Peace of Mind

I thank my Buddhist friends for giving me peace of mind through love. I have realized three Bible verses:

But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. (John 4:14)

In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.) (John 7:37-39)

Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. (John 14:27)

It is by feeling love in the mind that one has peace and a healthy psyche which after a while also affects the body to become healthy.

"It would be good if Earthlings stopped making the mistake of equating Jesus with religious dogma. Jesus did not come to create a new religion. Jesus came only to teach us Life. To teach us the universal cosmic laws that create, maintain and perpetuate Life. Jesus came to teach us the first cosmic universal law - the Law of Love. Love in simplicity. Jesus never wanted a religion to be formed around the teachings he brought us, and especially not around himself."

- Pierre Monnet qouted in UFOs and the Pioneers of Oneness page 116 by Gerard Aartsen

"They can indeed provide our world with very simple means of curing all illnesses, even the most serious" However, "Only man who developed within himself the law of Love can acquire Knowledge. As paradoxical as it may seem to a Cartesian scientist, the process of spontaneous cellular regeneration giving man the immortality of body and soul, can only manifest itself when he is Love. Only Love is regenerative, for he is Life, eternal, perpetual Life."

- Pierre Monnet qouted in UFOs and the Pioneers of Oneness page 166 by Gerard Aartsen

And God said unto Moses, I AM that I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you. (Exodus 3:14)

Lao Tsu, the great Chinese theosophist and author of the Tao Te Ching, said over twenty-five houndred years ago, "The only way to do is to be." Therefore, I believe that the only way to create love is to consciously be love."

- Secrets of the Light (Lessons from Heaven) page 105 by Dannion Brinkley and Kathryn Brinkley

I have discovered that when you are love, you have idealized thoughts about your mind and body and don't need to be satisfied in any other way. You automatically feel good, just like a child who is happy with himself. When you are love, you absolve instead of judge and Jesus' law is fulfilled:

But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil. Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.

Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven: Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.

And he spake a parable unto them, Can the blind lead the blind? shall they not both fall into the ditch? The disciple is not above his master: but every one that is perfect shall be as his master. And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but perceivest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Either how canst thou say to thy brother, Brother, let me pull out the mote that is in thine eye, when thou thyself beholdest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Thou hypocrite, cast out first the beam out of thine own eye, and then shalt thou see clearly to pull out the mote that is in thy brother's eye.
(Luke 6:35-42)

Being loving has from the beginning meant that I thought a lot. But children can also be loving, without thinking much. My goal is to become like one who has love and does not think, when the child does not need to think.

"Stop chasing. You already have everything that you need. Your buddha nature is already whole. Your buddha nature is already pure. There is absolutely nothing to obtain. You just have to completely give up and let go of your self created obscurations that are obscuring your buddha nature."

Eckhart Tolle has in his book The Power of Now described the discovery of being which is the silent existence between our thoughts. As I see it, being is the same thing as the aliens' "feeling body". According to Eckhart Tolle

Friday afternoon, September 19, 2025, I slept because of the medication. Then I had a fantastic dream. I dreamed that I was walking on a narrow road and was aware that I was dreaming or that I had died. I thought about waking up. But I felt so good, spiritually without voices and my body felt wonderful where I walked. Then I met a girl 18-30 who I asked: "Do you know where I live?" "Duvgatan" she replied and then I got to hold her and give her a hug. Then I woke up. The dream has taught me that when I do not communicate with spirits, I feel at my best.

Trying not to communicate with spirits has become important for me, who has a diagnosis of Schizophrenia and has been on heavy medication since 2001. What happens to me when I communicate with spirits in the brain is that the division of the mind affects the body, so that I do not feel as well as when I do not communicate with spirits in the brain.

Not conversing with spirits is a Buddhist obscuration less.

George Adamski was told by his space friends that: Man is a divine spirit who currently lives in a body. His life's task is to know his true self, which is equal to the 'feeling body'. "You must try to make the people on earth understand that self-knowledge is the first step in their development. And the first questions are: Who am I? Along what paths can I develop in order to return to the unity I once left? Point out to them that man has nothing to add. He only needs to express what he already is. But he must learn to understand what he is and give expression to this in his life. For it is life, the application, that is important."

Chamtrul Rinpoche, Eckhart Tolle and George Adamski point out that we do not need to add anything or create any new feeling in the feeling body by visualizing our divinity.

It is God within me who loves the world, not myself.

Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. (John 14:10-12)

Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? (1 Corinthians 3:16)

And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God IS within you. (Luke 17:20-21)

And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord (not three): And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these. (Mark 12:29-31)
