I live a spiritual life

Stop chasing. You already have everything that you need. Your buddha nature is already whole.

Your buddha nature is already pure. There is absolutely nothing to obtain.

You just have to completely give up and let go of your self created obscurations that are obscuring your buddha nature.

~ Chamtrul Rinpoche

There are different buddhist practices out there, for different people, with different capacities, at different stages of their path. All are designed to help remove these layers of obscurations, revealing what has always been there - buddha nature.

~ Chamtrul Rinpoche

Friday afternoon, September 19, 2025, I slept because of the medication. Then I had a fantastic dream. I dreamed that I was walking on a narrow road and was aware that I was dreaming or that I had died. I thought about waking up. But I felt so good, spiritually without voices and my body felt wonderful where I walked. Then I met a girl 18-30 who I asked: "Do you know where I live?" "Duvgatan" she replied and then I got to hold her and give her a hug. Then I woke up. The dream has taught me that when I do not communicate with spirits, I feel at my best.

Trying not to communicate with spirits has become important for me, who has a diagnosis of Schizophrenia and has been on heavy medication since 2001. What happens to me when I communicate with spirits in the brain is that the division of the mind affects the body, so that I do not feel as well as when I do not communicate with spirits in the brain.

Not conversing with spirits is a Buddhist obscuration less.

Eckhart Tolle has in his book The Power of Now described the discovery of being which is the silent existence between our thoughts. As I see it, being is the same thing as the aliens' "emotional body". According to Eckhart Tolle one can only live in the present and being is only available in the present as the space between our thoughts. Being is the same thing as the Christ consciousness which has always existed as the biblical expression I AM:

And God said unto Moses, I AM that I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you. (Exodus 3:14)

Lao Tsu, the great Chinese theosophist and author of the Tao Te Ching, said over twenty-five houndred years ago, "The only way to do is to be." Therefore, I believe that the only way to create love is to consciously be love."

- Secrets of the Light (Lessons from Heaven) page 105 by Dannion Brinkley and Kathryn Brinkley

George Adamski was told by his space friends that: Man is a divine spirit who currently lives in a body. His life's task is to know his true self, which is equal to the 'feeling body' . "You must try to make the people on earth understand that self-knowledge is the first step in their development. And the first questions are: Who am I? Along what paths can I develop in order to return to the unity I once left? Point out to them that man has nothing to add. He only needs to express what he already is. But he must learn to understand what he is and give expression to this in his life. For it is life, the application, that is important."

Chamtrul Rinpoche, Eckhart Tolle and George Adamski point out that we do not need to add anything or create any new feeling in the emotional body by visualizing our divinity.

I have discovered that you can forgive negative emotions that cover our natural positive emotions. Emotions are like birds that fly by. Since nothing is permanent, we can observe them, but not let them build a nest in our minds. I have also discovered that it is good for the mind to get enough sleep. If we get enough sleep, we automatically feel good afterwards. I, who am on heavy medication, need to sleep 12 hours/day and I live by that rule of sleeping/resting when I am tired and being up and doing things when I am alert.

Living a divine life is to not get attached to certain thoughts or feelings as much as possible. You can all understand that thoughts are like feelings - Impermanent, they are like slowly flying birds. They are first out of sight and then you see them, only to fly out of sight again. Thoughts and feelings are impermanent. They do not exist forever and therefore Buddhists practice: letting go. That gives Buddhists freedom.

If you can remember that all beings have buddha nature, it will help you cultivate equanimity, because it will feel like everybody is your family. The greater your equanimity, the greater your love and compassion towards them, no matter who they are, or what they have done.

~ Chamtrul Rinpoche

If you can remember that all sentient beings have buddha nature, it will help you cultivate equanimity towards them all, because it will feel like every being without exception, throughout all planes of cyclic existence, is part of your family. The greater your equanimity, the greater your love and compassion towards them all, no matter who they are, or what they have done, even if they have harmed you.

That is the incredible power of love and compassion, when it arises from equanimity. This is what you must strive towards, in order to become a great bodhisattva on the path to buddhahood.

~ Chamtrul Rinpoche

To attain the enlightened state of a buddha does not mean that we have to add something or create something that has never existed before. We also do not have to do something once it is attained. The moment that we remove all of the obscurations that cover our primordial nature, all of the enlightened qualities of a buddha just naturally, spontaneously and effortlessly arise.

"We have a tendency to think in terms of doing and not in terms of being. We think that when we’re not doing anything, we’re wasting our time. But that’s not true. Our time is first of all for us to be....To be what? To be alive, to be peaceful, to be joyful, to be loving. And this is what the world needs the most. We all need to train ourselves in our way of being, and that is the ground for all action. Our quality of being determines our quality of doing."

~ Thich Nhat Hanh, The Art of Living

"Many people suffer because they are caught in their views. As soon as we release those views, we are free and we don't suffer anymore. Mindfulness helps you come home to the present. Life is available only in the present."

~ Thich Nhat Hanh

To live a Christ-like life or a Buddha-like life is to sow love, joy, faith and good deeds in the world.

"That there is an all-wise, intelligent Spirit, that this intelligence is Divine and infinite and permeates all things, cannot be contradicted. Because this intelligence does permeate all things it is infinite and is the source of all. It is Divine, and its Divinity brought into thinkable or visible form, the fact or truth of all things.

You can name this all-wise, intelligent Spirit God or Good, or what you will, as man must have a name for everything. Once he has named a thing, he has the power to bring it into existence. If man names anything through true reverence, worship and praise, he can and does become which he names.

Thus you can see that man by choice can become God or animal. He becomes the ideal which he presents for himself to follow. With this line of thinking, it is simple to see that man is the only-begotten Son of God, or the only-begotten son of the animal. Thus, by choice, man can become evil or devil if his eye behold evil; or he becomes God; if his eyes beholds God ....

Why should I follow Jesus? When there are many religious teachers in world history? The answer to that question was given to Peter Youngren many years ago in a revelation in the Indian town of Kolar Gold Fields. In his spirit, Jesus spoke the following words: Preach my gospel and if you believe it, people will believe. And you will not have to touch anyone, but I will touch the people."

in the best revival and healing book ever written in English. You Are There! Buy it, you will not be disappointed.

Peter Youngren points out that: Signs, wonders and miracles confirm the gospel. They are the result of the gospel being preached. This is important: We do not preach miracles, we preach Christ. The healings and miracles that the Holy Spirit performs confirm that the message is truthful.

in his book: You Are There!.

Anyone who has been to one of Peter Youngren's friendship festival, understands that Jesus is still alive today. New Age people and healers claim that Christian healing is the result of Christian intercession. But that is not the case in Peter Youngren's meetings. There, some miracles, wonders and signs happen before he starts to pray. That and the fact that he hides himself in a corner every evening, with him announcing that wonders, signs and miracles happen at his friendship festival. But Jesus still works miracles, sometimes without Peter Ljunggren having time to start praying for health and deliverance.

That means that Jesus is alive today and wants to meet you and help you with your physical and mental illnesses. Start the day by praying a surrender prayer. Where you say that you are open to doing God's will during the day. And before you go to bed, pray a truthful prayer from your heart that Jesus will help you with your problems. Thank Jesus for answered prayers.

One becomes alive by silently expressing the being that is present between our thoughts and when we need to think, we can silently contact God's ideas and thoughts about ourselves and others.

To be a Buddha is to leave all wrong thoughts about ourselves and others. But to be a Christ is to go one step further. Namely, to become one with God by expressing the father within:

And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you. (Luke 17:20-21)

Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake. (John 14:10-11)

What is inside man? And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground (flesh), and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. (Genesis 2:7)

It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. (John 6:63)

Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? (1 Corinthians 3:16)

And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself. And he said unto him, Thou hast answered right: this do, and thou shalt live. (Luke 10:27-28)

Loving God with our whole being is done by allowing the Father to work through us with ideas and thoughts and channeling the Father's resurrection power for deliverance and healing.

And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me. (Luke 9:23)
