Let us first see the entire Bible, old and new Testaments, as a metaphor for the preparation of any human being to receive the Revelation of the Christ. Exactly like 'As Above...So Below', let us then set the proper circumstance for the resulting symbolism. Be certain to read the Scriptures through the eyes of esoterism or you will miss the 'meat' therein. Doing otherwise, you will find yourself among "...those that are without". Doing so, you will discover that the so-called 'birth' of Christ is actuall a set of directions to bring on your own highest, Holy Spirit. Re-cognize also, the word 'Holy' has absolutely nothing to do with religion.

Ever since a child i felt close do God but when I grew up everything changed bad thougts do take one away from God . I have not yet finished reading the books but I know that their content to be true. It is that I am not so good with the language but soon I will understand all of if perfecly. several years ago while meditating, i had a vision of jesus christ breaking bread for the thousands of people by the sea. i saw him breaking of piece by piece yet the bread remained the same size. i KNEW in that moment that this is exactly as it occurred. i've just finished reading the teachings and lo and behold, the very exact process is described as completed by emil. i had a discussion with a "born again" christian minister who told me that there is only one way to heaven (his own way as he understands it through christ) i stated to him him that all roads lead to god. he asked me if i believed this. i told him i KNOW this. the clarity these books detail is magnificent. i would like to communicate with people who want to go into this work fully. i am a conduit for the perfect love of god as all are when it is chosen.

You know that of course, Hermes, but this is for those who still live by belief and petty rules instead of opening up to the wisdom and vision of the Ultimate which is within each one of us if only we'd just let go of our mental habits and *look*. Each of us mystics has a unique viewpoint arising from the indefinable and indescribable Absolute, and because it is the same Absolute out of which all phenomena, all experience and our different viewpoints arise, we understand our true oneness in love and compassion. Your work is precious to me personally because you are helping to rewrite my reality - as I am myself - to one in which people live by love and the deepest understanding. A reality in which the true nature of 'adversity' is fully understood, so that we cut through the very root of suffering. May you touch many hearts and souls with the compassionate love which commands you.

This book is bunk. It relies on spiritist delusions like the Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ, and well-known forgeries like the Gospel of Barnabas. Readers would do better to look at Gulshan Esther's The Torn Veil.

My guess is that the book you mention is Spalding's - Life and Teaching of the Masters of the Far East. Baird T. Spalding himself wrote: "I am now publishing my notes...with the thought that the reader may accept or reject, as he wishes." My own opinion is that Spalding took the best parts from Buddhism, Christianity, Jewish Faiths, Yogaism and Siddha Faiths and weaved a story around them. There are several indications that the four gospels in the New Testament too, are woven together with heathen beliefs from Egypt (The virgin birth) and Grecce (The good shepherd), Buddhism (Non violence), Hinduism (I and the father is one) and "Forbidden" Judaism (The book of Enoch). My belief is that Christianity is a mixed religion with many sources. You can read more about this in: The Heathen Messiah!

Your site was one of the inspirations for the site I created, The Tomb of Jesus Christ Website ( http://www.tombofjesus.com ) The work you are doing is WONDERFUL! It is SO liberating to know that the Gracious God is Merciful to His servants. And, at Jesus Christ's hour of greatest need, while he hang on the cross, God SAVED him from dying such an awful death. This is a BEAUTIFUL story, and I am surprised that Christians are not HAPPY about this revelation. This lovely and brave man, Jesus, fought for the rights of the lower castes in India, and for poor and destitute people all across his travels in Asia, despite his prior ordeal on the cross. Then, in a fitting end to his marvelous story, the Almighty God caused King Shalihavana to offer Jesus a good woman to marry--Maryan. It is amazing as how many people are affected in one way or the other by this book!This book has answered lots of questions I have been asking myself,and relegates all the imitators and co. to their own level.One may not agree with It but BTS and the Masters do not see anything wrong to it, in contradiction to some who...criticise and do not admit any view different to theirs.Enjoy It! and make your own mind up!;)

I can answer your question - No other books has inspired me as Life and Teaching of the Masters of the Far East Volume 1-3. Before I came across these wonderful books. I had read Hare Krishna litterature and the Holy Bible. Afterwards Yogananda and other books. But they all fail to describe what life really can be. Spalding was a genius. With his reservation: "The reader may accept or reject, as he wishes" he escaped the "wrath" of potential enemies (Like those who are afraid of the potential truth of Jesus being buried in Srinagar, Kashmir), both religious and scientific minded. It is the same with me. I make no "historical" or "authentic" claims, save the real life I live. One thing differs however. Whenever I found it suiteable I will ask "difficult" question, so people have to think and ask themselves, if the things they believe in are the truth after all. Remember..Jesus said that ONLY the truth will make you free. Lies will keep people in bondage. Are you a volentary slave?

The reason I left Christianty, is because I realized it cannot bring forth the perfect life here on earth. But it does bring forth a "Christian" life. It is written in the Bible: "You shall not kill". Yet, the supposed to be Christian and well known worldpolice nation on earth U.S.A, was involved at least the same numbers of wars as their opponent the last century -The Sovietunion.. Christianity with 1/5 of the world population has a long way to go, until they reach the deeper understanding of the Gospel of Jesus.

Spalding's book will continue to be ignored by the scientific establishment and the leaders of the world religions, even the "New Age" movement. Most "New Age" bookstores in Sweden doesn't carry Life and Teaching of the Masters of the Far East and there is a reason for this, which will be very clear, when you read them. Jag förstår vad du menar Hasse och jag håller med. Allt utom Sanningen måste elimineras. Det gäller även kristna (irr)läror och Bibelverser, som när de prövas mot sanningen visar sig vara en lögn.

Se på varje tanke som något som skall sorteras i olika fack. I det första och närmaste facket hamnar de tankar som man vet är sanningar. I facket i en skrivbordslåda hamnar tankar som man inte kan bedöma om de är sanna eller inte. Man kan spara dem där för att studera dem närmare när ny kunskap dyker upp. Sista facket är placerad under jorden, på djuphavens botten, i dokumentförstörerens skräpkorg eller i sopkontainern. Där hamnar all lögn.

Det finns faktiskt en vetenskaplig gren som studerar de grundläggande villkoren för tillvaron, vetandet och moralen. Det är filosofi och inrymmer logik, kunskapsteori och etik. Filosofi (eftertänksamhet) är inte något som direkt uppmuntras inom vissa grupperingar inom världsreligionerna. Jag tänker då närmast på Islam, Judendom och Kristendomen. Man skall tro, inte ifrågasätta. Därför heter det trosrörelsen och inte ifrågasättarrörelsen.

Den mest filosofiske religionsgrundaren var nog Gautama Buddha. Men även grundaren till Vedanata filosofin och Profeten Jesus Kristus Messias (Hazrat Issa) filosoferade ibland. Speciellt i liknelserna. Jag tar ofta naturen till hjälp, men även andra människors erfarenhet samt upptäckter inom Historia och Vetenskap. Dock bör man betänka att all skriven information är färgad av författarens upplevelser, världsbild och erfarenheter.

Själv är jag en fritänkare och kommer så alltid att förbli, eftersom det känns så skönt att vara fri från andra människor förutfattade meningar, (tvivelaktiga) teorier och uppfattningar. Även de som kallas "Guds" ord eller Vetenskapliga "sanningar". Med andra ord så kommer jag aldrig att bli medlem i samfund, församlingar eller sekter med "färdiga" sanningar. Om det finns några gnostiska sekter i Sverige eller utomlands, har jag ingen aning om. Det får Gordon Sandgren svara på..

In volume III Spaulding writes that a Muni teaches that the rings around Saturn are composed of meteors and the Milky Way is primarily gasseous. Modern astronomy has proven that these two statements, as stated in Volume III, are not true. Can anyone adequately explain why Spaulding got these facts wrong? If he did get these two facts wrong, why should we believe anything else he said? What happened to all the translations of the records? I want to believe that what he says happened happened, but as a scientist, he never offered one shred of concrete PROOF. Can someone please contradict me and set me straight?

Brunton observed that Spalding had a photograpic memory: "There was no end to Spalding's ready knowledge. I heard him repeatedly come up with the right answer on almost any topic, any place or any time." but Spalding also "seemed to be unusually malleable and open" and that "everyone had a tendency to take Spalding over".

One of Burton's friends who practiced "clairvoyant vision" and had know Spalding for many years. Told Burton in an interview that: "Baird was under the control of three astral beings." his grandfather Baird Spalding, an old miner and a little child.

My belief is that Spalding mixed the knowledge of his time with information from invisible beings. Spiritual ideas from earth and higher worlds where mixed with legendary locations and earthly science from his time.

It was not only a horrible disappointment but a surge of shame and disgust as I went to seek information about a blessed being who has been deemed "a god" by many cultures for his wisdom and compassion, only to discover YOU!--a person who has exhalted his ego to the point where he deems it justified to name himself after a legendary being of philosophical/scientific genius. How dare you take upon the name Hermes Trismegistus! You are not, nor ever will be in the same rankings as this planetary Christ-like being who gave earth profound religion, science, arts and athleticism. If you truly possess any shred of wisdom, you would realize humility often accompanies spiritual knowledge and will immediately disassociate yourself from calling yourself Hermes Trismegistus. If you do not choose to do so, then I will make every effort, so long as I am alive, to expose you as a fraud and a s0-called spiritual mongrel.! Change your name pal.!
