Christ,
like Messiah, is a title given
to Jesus by his disciples.
No sane person today believes that he is Jesus who came on the clouds of
heaven. But on the other hand, anyone can claim that he is a Christ or a Messiah,
because it is just a title. I claim that I am a Christ who was born again from
above by Jesus' father. That means I am one of Jesus' brothers.
I have been
lost, but now I have returned to the father. Jesus wants us to follow him and have
the same fellowship with the father that he himself has.
And he said unto
another, Follow me. But he said, Lord, suffer me first to go and bury my
father. Jesus said unto him, Let the dead bury their dead: but go thou and
preach the kingdom of God. (Luke 9:59-60)
And he said to them all,
If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily,
and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will
lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it. For what is a man advantaged,
if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away?
(Luke 9:23-25)
Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light
of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the
light of life. (John 8:12)
Take my yoke upon you, and learn of
me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my
yoke is easy, and my burden is light. (Matthew 11:29-30)
Jesus also
said that he himself did not perform any miracles, but that it was his father who
lived within him who performed all miracles and that whoever believes in the father
within himself who is the Spirit of God will let his father do even greater works
than those the father in Jesus did, because Jesus is no longer present on earth.
Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me?
the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth
in me, he doeth the works. Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me:
or else believe me for the very works' sake. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that
believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these
shall he do; because I go unto my Father. (John 14:10-12)
Know ye
not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
(1 Corinthians 3:16)
After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father
which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in
earth, as it is in heaven. (Matteus 6:9-10)
And when he was
demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and
said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo
here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.
(Luke 17:20-21)
Heaven is within man in the form of the Father, and Jesus
taught that the Father's will can be done through ordinary people on earth. It is
by saying no to oneself and saying yes to loving God with one's whole being that one
can express the Father within oneself in order to help one's neighbor.
And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel;
The Lord our God is one (not three) Lord: And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with
all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy
strength: this is the first commandment. And the second is like, namely this, Thou
shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than
these. (Mark 12:29-31)
Beloved, let us love one another: for love
is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth
not knoweth not God; for God is love. (1 John 4:7-8)
And we have known
and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love
dwelleth in God, and God in him. (1 John 4:16)
Therefore if any man be
in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are
become new. (2 Corinthians 5:17)
The kingdom of God on earth, does not
need to come by reading the ENTIRE Bible or taking long Bible courses to become rooted
in faith.
No, all you need to do is say no to your materialistic life and find
a need that the Spirit of God within you can fill. When Jesus walked the earth as we
can read about in the Gospels, he felt compassion for people who needed healing and
deliverance and the same thing he wanted us to do in the mission command to all
creation:
And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the
gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he
that believeth not shall be damned. And these signs shall follow them that believe;
In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues....they
shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. (Mark 16:15-18)
But someone says. In my church no miracles happen. How then can one pray for the sick
and cast out evil spirits? It is not you in your own power who will heal the sick and
free people. It is the Spirit of God within you who will perform miracles.
And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God:
for with God all things are possible. (Mark 10:27)
But someone says,
how am I to know what is God's will in a particular situation? If there is a need to
heal the sick and set people free, then express the Spirit of God within you.
Is there any other problem that needs to be solved, remember that the Spirit of God
within you is unique and no other believer can determine how you express the Spirit
of God. Use Paul's verses:
Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the
Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. (2 Corinthians 3:17)
And be not
conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye
may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
(Romans 12:2)
Christ Consciousness - Messiah Consciousness is that from the
moment you wake up in the morning, you surrender your life to God and let God live
by receiving God's Good ideas, thinking God's Good thoughts, speaking God's Good
words and performing God's Good deeds.

P.S. due to bad hearing, I'm not out and about heals the sick and sets the
captives free. But when I get full hearing I will witness and pray for the sick and
captives in town. That is my agreement with God.
