Jakob, as so many other slept on stone materiality. (Genesis 28:11)
When in a sudden burst of divine illumination he realized that everything he saw on
earth was first conceived in the spiritual (heaven) and then brought forth
(descending of angels) in the material (earth/body).
He then awaked from his material sleep and praised God for letting him understand
that any material form or psycic state could be transformed by raising the
consciousness to God (the ascending of angels) and there be reshaped to perfect
state that God saw
.
"Surly the Lord is in this place (Consciousness); and I knew it not. (Because, I
believed not myself but only my prayers could come to God.") (Genesis 28:16)
"....this (body) is none other but the house of God and this (consciousness) is the
gate of heaven."(Genesis 28:17). Jacob used this law to altering the state of
consciousness of the sheeps (Genesis 30:32-41)
"And Jakob took him rods of green poplar, and of the hazel and chesnut tree; and pilled
white strakes in them, and made the white appear which was in the rods.
And he set the rods which he had pilled before the flocks in the gutters in the
watering troughs when the flocks came to drink, that they should conceive (heaven)
when they came to drink.
And the flocks conceived before the rods, and brought forth (material/body) cattle
ringstraked, speckled and spotted." (Genesis 30:37-39)
But the LORD is in his holy temple: let all the earth keep silence before him.
Habakkuk 2:20
Equally important is to become one with God through silence, so that one can think
God's thoughts, without being disturbed.
Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you,
which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? 1 Corinthians 6:19

But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things

No man, when he hath lighted a candle, putteth it in a secret place, neither under
a bushel, but on a candlestick, that they which come in may see the light. The light
of the body is the eye: therefore when thine eye is single, thy whole body also is
full of light; but when thine eye is evil, thy body also is full of darkness. If thy
whole body therefore be full of light, having no part dark, the whole shall be full
of light, as when the bright shining of a candle doth give thee light.
Luke 11:33-36
This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you,
that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. 1 John 1:5

brother, and bringeth them up into an high mountain apart, And was transfigured
before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the
light. And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with him.
Then answered Peter, and said unto Jesus, Lord, it is good for us to be here:
if thou wilt, let us make here three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses,
and one for Elias. While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them:
and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I
am well pleased; hear ye him. And when the disciples heard it, they fell on their
face, and were sore afraid. And Jesus came and touched them, and said, Arise, and be
not afraid. And when they had lifted up their eyes, they saw no man, save Jesus only.
Matthew 17:1-8
Jesus said that it is important how we look at life,
otherwise you can became mental or physical disability. Jesus also taught that the
divine life consists of Faith (Peter) Acts (James) and Love (John) and that the goal
of life is to build the living god hut (Christ) and not a hut to the law (Moses)
and the prophets (Elia).
To me it means that I believe that life on earth is
spiritual, light and lacks restrictions. Acts for me is to be loving to all, spread
joy through my smile, laughter and humor. Love means to me to love
unconditionally -
even those who do not have the same ideas or lack of love.
