Note that despite the claims for OU even Bedini didn't actually show that happening and powering something else as well as itself.

For things like this, I'm prepared to wait until they show something that definitively outputs more energy than it needs to run it. The thing about the Bedini method is that it is actually symmetrical and so it can't do that. Though there is a slight asymmetry available because the speed of light is not infinite, his design doesn't exploit that (and it would take frequencies in the GHz region given the size of the kit used, so you'd notice). Thus, given the rotation, you might be able to get a push to rotate it without a reaction, but I haven't worked out a way to get that working at any worthwhile power.

Thus falls into the bin of "can't do it that way, so don't waste time on that".
